Carl D. Berry is a distinguished professional with a rich background in law and a solid commitment to serving various clients. Carl holds a Bachelor in political science from the State University of New York, College at New Paltz (1992), and a Juris Doctorate from North Carolina Central University School of Law (1995). He is licensed to practice law in both Florida state and Federal Courts.
